Helpdesk

We are pleased to offer our on-line 'help desk' service which will attempt to answer your questions and offer advice on Export Control related topics (See Contents of Training). Answers and advice that do not require research will be provided free of charge, where an element of research is considered as being required, an estimate of cost will be provided. Help Desk services are regarded as confidential and no reference or connection will be made to organisations or people who participate. Every effort will be made to ensure that the information given in these services is accurate and a true interpretation of relevant regulations, but no legal responsibility is accepted for any errors or omissions.
